Jay rewired both a 1960s 2 bedroom apartment and 1930’s 3 bedroom semi for me. His quote was competitive and he did an outstanding job in both properties working extremely efficiently offsite with work completed to a great standard well within thd scheduled time. He was very communicative during the process with recommendations and implemented any upgrades without issues. I have no qualms in recommending; infact he will be back next month fit out a garddn office when that is ready.
